What forms of payment do you accept?
o Blair Small Animal Clinic accepts cash and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). There is an additional 3% fee for paying with a credit card.o Unfortunately, we do not accept CareCredit or other payment plan options.o All charges must be paid at the time of service.
Why do you require a rabies vaccine for my pet to be seen at your clinic?
o Rabies is a fatal but preventable disease. We take safety very seriously so we require animals to be vaccinated so that we may safely and effectively care for your pet without risk to ourselves, our clients being served, and any other animals treated in our clinic.o For additional information on rabies please visit: Rabies | Rabies | CDC
What type of medical advice or services do you provide over the phone or email?
o Dr. Chris is unable to provide diagnostic care or medications without assessing the animals’ current state of health.
Dr. Chris does NOT provide email, phone, or telehealth appointments for pets. All appointments will be in-person only.o To make an appointment, please call the clinic at (402)533-2722. Appointment requests or health questions received by email will NOT be addressed. Only non-urgent, next day medication requests will be answered via email at blairsmallanimalstaff@gpcom.neto Due to the nature of the clinic schedule (ex. surgeries), Dr. Chris is unable to take phone calls throughout the day. Clinical staff are happy to pass along any messages you’d like to leave, and Dr. Chris will return them as soon as she is able.
What options are available for cremation after euthanasia?
